NYC Alert: Feel Up Saturdays At Desire IS CANCELLED

We just received this message from the Feel Up Party at Desire:
Hello Beautiful People,
First of all I would like to thank everyone that has come out to party
and celebrate life with E-Z at Feel Up Saturdays. Unfortunately, due to business differences and most importantly the
racial prejudice of the owner Michael at Desire Bar & Grill located at
(45 W 8th Street New York, NY 10011 between 5th and 6th Ave) the
Saturday parties @ Desire has been cancelled permanently. While meeting with the owner Michael last night (Tuesday, March 9,
2010) Michael stated that “I know that this sounds bad, but I don’t
want my bar labeled as a ‘Black Gay Bar’.” I will no longer step foot in this establishment and I will not have
my friends and or patrons going to an establishment that exudes this
type of racial discrimination. It is time to take a stand for what is right. Any form of
discrimination towards a people, should not exist. We should all live
in harmony. I will keep you updated on the new location. Thanks again for your support, EZ.
